Welcome. I am Ivo Djambov and I am glad you are here.

I am a lawyer and business consultant with 25 years experience in corporate deals in the United States and Europe. I help privately-owned companies, and their owners, to thrive. I form corporate entities worldwide. I prepare corporate governance documents, develop business contracts, support deal negotiations, implement transactional strategies and handle the required legal documents. This typically entails coordinating with other lawyers and financial counsel, resolving problems, and working with the people and processes necessary to drive successful corporate growth.

I’ve worked on deals with or opposite of every major energy company in Texas, every major national bank in the United States, names like Chevron, Transocean, Bank of America, Schlumberger, JP Morgan, and a host of mid-sized and smaller privately-owned companies all over the world.

My wife and I live in Houston, TX and we have three young children. We enjoy traveling, reading, cuisine, riding bikes, and watching minor league baseball. I am extremely grateful for the successes I’ve enjoyed throughout my legal career, but I consider my family to be my greatest blessing.
